Protest Evidence provides research, evidence compilation, and educational materials to assist Texas homeowners in preparing for property tax protest hearings. We are not a licensed property tax consulting firm and do not represent clients at Appraisal Review Board hearings or any other official proceeding.
The provision of an evidence package does not guarantee a reduction in your property's assessed value. Results depend on property-specific factors, the strength of available evidence, and the decisions of the appraisal district. Past results referenced on this website do not guarantee future outcomes for your property.
Because our service involves agent time and data research that begins immediately upon order, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you have not yet received your package and wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@protestevidence.com and we will review your request.
Your evidence package is for your personal use only and is specific to the property you ordered it for. You may not resell, distribute, or use the package on behalf of others without a separate order for each property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protest Evidence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or evidence package. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
